Round Proofing Basket (8 in.)

Description

This handmade, 8-inch round proofing basket, or banneton, is made from 100% natural rattan. The material helps to wick moisture away from the surface of your dough creating a skin which is ideal for baking a superb crust. This product also comes with a cloth liner which can be used to eliminate the need for excess flour. This smaller proofing basket is capable of holding up to around 600 g (about 1 ⅓ lbs) of dough.
